Detail of the mortise jig. It's basically a cross-slide vise from Harbor freight with it's vise pads replaced with a 1x4 chunk of red oak. I'm using a 5/16" drill bit that I got from Lowe's (I'm using this bit because it was sharper on it's sides then most other bits I could find).
